Cancellation Policy

1. Booking Policy: Booking Time: Clients should book sessions at least 48-72 hours in advance to ensure availability. Same-day bookings are subject to availability and require approval. Online Booking Platform: All sessions should be scheduled through our online booking system, which is available 24/7. Confirmation of Appointment: After booking, clients will receive an email or text confirmation of their session. If a session is not confirmed within 24 hours, it may be automatically canceled. Booking Modifications: Any changes to the time or date of the tutoring session must be made at least 24 hours in advance through our booking system. Modifications made within 24 hours will be subject to additional fees. 2. Cancellation Policy: Cancellation Notice: Clients must cancel at least 24 hours before their scheduled session. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will be subject to a late cancellation fee of 50% of the session fee. No-Show Policy: If a client does not show up for a session without prior cancellation or communication, they will be charged the full price of the session. Emergency Cancellations: In cases of emergencies or extenuating circumstances, cancellations may be made without penalty on a case-by-case basis. Clients are encouraged to contact us as soon as possible in such cases. Refunds: If the tutor has to cancel the session due to unforeseen circumstances, the client will be fully refunded or offered an alternative time for the session. 3. Waitlist Policy: Waitlist Availability: If a session is fully booked, clients can be added to the waitlist for the desired time slot. They will be notified immediately if a spot becomes available. Notification: Clients on the waitlist will receive an email or text notification if an opening becomes available. They will have 12 hours to confirm whether they would like to book the session or let it go to the next person on the waitlist. Waitlist Priority: If multiple clients are on the waitlist for the same time slot, priority will be given based on the order in which they were added. However, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate all requests as quickly as possible. Cancellation of Waitlist Slot: If a client no longer wishes to be on the waitlist, they should notify us promptly to be removed.
